We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express credit cards. Your credit card will not be charged until your order is ready for shipment. Sorry, no COD'S.

What about returns and exchanges?

We want you to love your workwear, and we stand by our merchandise with a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. If for any reason you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for a full refund or exchange it within 30 days of delivery.

To return or exchange an item, please email us at sales@thenewworker.com. Please include your order number and the reason for the return or the item you would like to exchange it for in your email. Once we've received the item, we'll gladly credit your account or send you the exchanged item. You will receive notification by email of your refund/exchange..

All returned or exchanged merchandise must be in new condition with original tags. Please include a copy of your reciept along with a note, or a copy of the email (see above paragraph), stating the the reason for the return or the item you'd like to exchange for. We will issue a credit to your card or exchange the item as soon as we receive your return.

How long will it take to receive my order?
Items in stock are generally shipped out within 24 - 48 hours. Items not in stock usually ship within 7 - 10 business days. You will be notified by phone or e-mail if an item will be on backorder for any length of time. At that time you can decide to keep or cancel those items. Backordered items will ship free freight as they arrive unless cancelled.
